ESIA Study 250 MW wind power project at Koppal, Karnataka

ECOGENESIS PMC Pvt Ltd (ECOGENESIS) was appointed by EverGreen Power Mauritius Private Limited to undertake an ESIA, DIA & Climate Risk Assessment study. This study is to support EverGreen Power and its investor for decision and follow-up approach and strategies by independently reviewing and verifying the project against the reference framework, identifying compliance gaps, necessary mitigation and follow-up actions, and outlining a managing/ monitoring regime. The assessment has been undertaken in accordance with the terms of reference approved by International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Performance Standards (PS) on Social and Environmental Sustainability, 2012. To suggest appropriate safeguards for the associated climate risk, which will save the project investment and activities.
